You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ElecQuote, then tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Download ElecQuote on your new device and sign in with the same Apple ID used for your original purchase. Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings and your subscription will be restored automatically.
