These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ElecQuote mobile application and website. By using ElecQuote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

ElecQuote is a tool designed to help electrical contractors generate job quotes. You may use ElecQuote only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to submit false or misleading quotes or information.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Billing

ElecQuote offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective billing terms. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Accuracy of Quotes

ElecQuote provides quoting tools and suggestions to assist contractors. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any quote generated. You are solely responsible for reviewing quotes before sending them to clients and for any business decisions made based on the app's output.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within ElecQuote are the property of ElecQuote and FOLMERiX LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ElecQuote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElecQuote and FOLMERiX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ElecQuote at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ElecQuote after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
